FORWARD POINT

HOW TO WEAR IT

The most traditional collar style we offer, the point collar is the most popular and widely adopted by men of all ages and styles. Its narrow spread between points (3,75’’), makes it ideal to wear with smaller tie knots such as the go-to four in hand, maintaining just the right proportion. A style suitable for most occasions, the forward point still remains the most versatile alternative in the book, pairing as beautifully with a silk tie and suit as with a pair of denim and sports coat. Ideally, this style is meant to be worn with a tie at all times.

By the mid 1920’s men’s collars were now mostly attached and not all white. Also during this time, styles evolved and the rounded club collar gave way to sharper points vs. rounded points. Since then and to the present, this collar style has remained a staple in mens fashion.
