Ambitious, he wanted to make the move into management and started to dress the part, but didn’t want to alienate his peers, the same colleagues he could soon be managing.

“Put this On” offered a very helpful suggestion, recommending to be the best dressed IT guy, standing out from his co-workers, but not like the best dressed IT manager, since that is his goal.
